Challah For Hunger UM Chapter

Challah for Hunger is a national nonprofit that raises awareness and money for pressing world issues/disasters such as Darfur by the means of baking and selling Challah bread. Challah for Hunger is based on different campuses across the US and the U has just joined this amazing effort. By creating this challah community, we can create awareness for these immediate world issues as well as learn to bake the traditional heartfelt yummy Challah bread! So many aspects are involved in CfH: social action, charity, culture, spirituality, community and meaning.

Fun Fact: Challah for Hunger nationally has raised $131,415.
